Lara Logan
Lara Logan (born 29 March 1971) is an South African television and radio journalist and war reporter. She was an official CBS News correspondent from 2002 to 2018.60 Minutes executive producer Jeff Fager described her factually inaccurate, politically biased report in 2012 Benghazi as "the worst mistake I have made in 10 years." She was a member of Sinclair Broadcast Group (a conservative media group) in the year 2019. 4] In January of 2020 she joined Fox Nation (a subscription streaming service that is operated by Fox News). She said that she was "dumpedby the company in March 2022. Logan did her schooling as a reporter for the Sunday Tribune, Durban (1988-1989) as well as the Daily News (1990-1992). In 1992, she joined Reuters Television Africa as a senior producer. After four year, she moved to freelance journalism. Assignments included a reporter/editor/producer with ITN, Fox/SKY News in London, CBS News, ABC News in London, NBC, NBC and European Broadcasting Union. CNN was the first to report on the events that took place in the Northern Ireland and Kosovo wars.
