Catherine Anne

 Catherine Anne O'Hara OOC was born on March 4 1954. O'Hara has been the recipient of several awards, including a Genie Award, a Golden Globe Award and two Screen Actors Guild Awards, two Primetime Emmy Awards, and six Canadian Screen Awards. In 2018, O'Hara was made an Officer of Canada. In 2020 , she was awarded the Governor General’s Performing Arts Performing Arts Artistic Achievement Award. O'Hara was a renowned actress when she was a part of 1974 of The Second City, an Improvisational comedy troupe based out of Toronto. With John Candy and Dan Aykroyd, she was part the main ensemble of the sitcom Coming Up Rosie (1975-1978). O'Hara as well as Candy started work in Second City Television's sketch comedy show (1976-1984). O'Hara won a Primetime Emmy Award in 1981 for her outstanding writing for a Variety Series. O'Hara was appointed to the Second City artistic advisory panel in 2022 by Stephen Colbert.
